Hello, everyone! My name is Tanner Lawson. I was born and raised in

southwest Virginia where most of my immediate family resides. I met my wife,

Chassay Lawson, in college while we were pursuing our degrees in Mathematics.

We’re new and unfamiliar to this side of the country, but we love this area and

the community within it! The most important aspect of this community are the

numerous followers of Christ that I have the privilege of interacting with

every day, whether they be administration, teachers, students, or strangers!

There are various things an individual could be passionate about, and for me,

discovering the truth and communicating it always appeared to be the most

important task anyone could carry out. Being a comparatively new Christian,

learning that God is the way, the truth, and the life is, in my opinion, one of

the greatest statements ever written and spoken of. As an educator, using this

knowledge as the foundation for everything I teach is paramount. The purpose of

my classes is simple: to acquire additional perspective into the world God

graciously created for us.
