About Our School Board


Marlo Maddy (Chair)

Marlo was born in Seattle, grew up there, attended college and graduated with a nursing degree in 1993 from Seattle Pacific University. Two years later, she married her husband Michael and moved to Polson. Marlo is the mother of five amazing children, all of whom have attended Mission Valley Christian Academy. One by one they are graduating and going off to college, some have followed in her footsteps and are attending Seattle Pacific University and some are attending Grand Canyon University. According to Marlo, it has been a privilege and honor to serve on the Board of MVCA for the last several years and to watch both her children and the school grow over the years. 

Tony Bontadelli (Vice Chair)

Tony was raised in Jackson, Wyoming and moved to Polson in 2009 with his wife Becca and son Jackson. Since moving their family has grown and two more sons Riley and Elliot have joined the family. Tony has been a professional pilot since 1995 and has flown for Continental and Frontier Airlines, he currently works for ALERT Air Ambulance. According to Tony, “I believe a Christian education is important because it educates children on how to view life from God’s perspective. I believe it gives children a foundation of values including respect, compassion and humility.”

David Caselli

After leaving the Navy with a degree in electronics, David took business classes at Chabot College in Northern California. He then toured around the United States as a professional musician. Getting the entrepreneurial bug from his parents, he began opening several businesses starting with restaurants, he then became President and CFO of Caselli Enterprises and River Road Corporation in Southern California. After selling his companies he began to open Fitness Gyms, Therapeutic massage and Pilates studios. Now living in Polson, he has began a new venture of conducting seminars and writing a book on Schulman Therapy massage while running Caselli’s Therapeutic Massage & Pilates studio. David believes strongly in a Christian based education and is proud to be on the board of MVCA.

Willie Stene

Willie was raised in a Catholic home and moved to Polson in 1980 with his parents and two sisters. He graduated from Polson High School in 1992 and attended college at Montana State University, he graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from MSU in 1997. After college, Willie and his wife Raina moved to Pocatello Idaho for his first job as an ASIC design engineer for AMI semiconductor. While in Pocatello their family grew with two wonderful boys, Dothan and Isaac. In 2005, they returned to Polson to establish their own family business designing and fabricating aircraft parts. Since moving back they were also blessed with another addition to the family, a daughter Amelia. According to Willie, “We continue to enjoy outdoor activities with our kids and enjoy serving in kids and worship ministries at Polson Alliance Church. I am grateful and thankful for the Christ centered quality education offered by MVCA and feel privileged to serve this school."

Bryce Buckwalter
