Hello! 

My name is Kristina Barnes, and I am excited to be part of the MVCA staff! 

Being a mom of three, I understand the importance of a safe and nurturing

environment for our youngest students. As the preschool director, I will

strive to introduce your child to their first school experience in a way that

they enjoy school, learn through play while achieving a positive foundation in a Christ centered education!

I was born and raised in the Mission Valley, living here in Western Montana until I married my husband in 2004. We spent the next 20 years with the USAF while living in various countries and states. After retirement from the

Air Force, we have come home to Montana and live in Polson. We attend Pablo Christian Church and enjoy all the great opportunities there!

I obtained my Early Childhood Education Degree at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. I was engaged in children's ministry for 11 years and I homeschooled our own children for 6 years. We are thrilled that they are now part of the student body at MVCA! 

As the Preschool Director I want to reassure you that your children and their learning experience is important to me, and I will do my best to help them grow as students through our program!
