Sara Brookman

I am excited to be teaching 4th grade again this year. This is my 21st year of teaching, with 10 years in CA public school and now 11 years at MVCA. I love MVCA! I have taught kindergarten, second, third and fourth grades. I have a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and a California Teaching Credential.

My husband Mark and I have been married for 27 years, and we have 4 amazing kids, Kinsey, John, Katy, and Jonah. Kinsey and John are MVCA graduates. Katy and Jonah are both in high school this year. After growing up in southern California, we moved to Montana in 2007 and love it here. It is home. I love to read, watch movies, ride bikes, hike, and hang out with my family. We attend Mission: Church and I volunteer with our youth group, Refuge.

I consider it a true blessing to be able to teach at MVCA. I love to pray and share Jesus with my students. It is a privilege to partner with families and speak into the lives of children. God has great things in store for his children. I look forward to getting to know all of our wonderful MVCA families!
