George “Mr. Murph” Murphy was born and raised in Polson, MT. He played soccer with MVCA for 8 years and graduated from MVCA in 2006, shortly after that he began lifting and in 2012 started doing CrossFit. To increase his knowledge and understanding of CrossFit he took several CrossFit coaching courses including CFL1, CFL2 and CrossFit Kids, and came to love the methodology behind the workouts. In 2016 he opened his own gym and honed his coaching skills, running classes for adults, children and teens.

Mr Murph loves to see the life changing growth and development of physical, mental and spiritual skills that can be developed through hard work and discipline.
